Moment of Peace

I spent a lot of this week feeling a bit hopeless and overwhelmed. There's so much that needs to change for this to be a just world and sometimes it feels insurmountable. It's been hard for me to keep up with my commitments to continue organizing. Trying to be kind to myself, but remain accountable.

But anyway, making music continues to feel like one of the most worthwhile things I'm doing these days, so I'm incredibly grateful for that!

Another simple one this week, mainly centered around the looper I recently added to my setup. Recorded a few layers of synths into the looper in one take and recorded sax on top of the loop in another. Gonna try and start including some video with my jams too smile

Hope y'all are being good to yourselves out there!

feels SO GOOD. thank you for this beautiful track. hang in there, what you're doing is making it all worthwhile.

nice to see your setup and the saxy action! awesome screamy lines, there is clearly some reflection of your thoughts and emotion into the music, which makes it so good and powerful. if nothing else, at least these hard times are making for some kick ass music... sigh

ohoho i was gonna be content with nice synth ambience, was not expecting the sax (listening to WB audio only)
