Weakly 34

Probably the most "raw" thing I've put on WeeklyBeats.

Just 6 minutes of me messing around with two different patches in Reason on my midi keyboard, just mashing a chord and arpeggio. Felt therapeutic though.

GoldenEra, the documentary is out in the US and Canada! I celebrated the 25th anniversary of GoldenEye 007 with a Twitch stream (VOD is up now twitch.tv/tweaklab) where I play the game on a real N64 while listening to my GoldenEra soundtrack album instead of the in game music, breaking down the tracks as they play. Was quite fun smile I got 50 mins or so in before my 2 year old woke up so consider it part 1 of 2 (possibly 3) smile

Another big thing! I finally have a website! tweaklab.net - check it out smile

Something big is coming, a track I started in 2019 now has a vocalist and I can't wait to share the final track when it's done. That's why there wasn't much to show this week but I've spent several hours making some brutal metal with vocals I could only dream of doing myself. They are kindly performed by someone who has quite an IMDB page, including some block buster titles. I'm still pinching myself. But we've worked on the same projects in different ways and everything has just lined up, can't wait to share more!

I think the vibe of the tune just helped me capture how it feels to see something you've worked on since 2019 out in
the wild. It's equally exciting as it is daunting to have something done and out of my hands. But that's why I'm making the next batch of awesome stuff... I have a few releases lined up for 2022 yet smile

Sounds good; congratulations on moving forward with the 2019 track, looking forward to hearing it when it's done.
