Thrilluminati

126bpm bounce / EDM house etc with some grungy guitar and vocoded vocals thrown in!

Lyrics:

We are the Thrilluminati,
We are here to feel the groove.
You can't leave until we say,
So just break a sweat and bust a move.

So this tune was started early last year around the time of CyberFunk Radio in an attempt to keep the WeeklyBeats momentum going. I had all of the track done except for the vocals which I brushed up and edited to qualify as a "new finished track" for WeeklyBeats. I've been saving this project for such a time, we found an ideal place to move into and have submitted all the paper work so if all goes to plan that will take place next weekend. With packing, cleaning, gardening, throwing stuff away etc I had no time to start a new project this week but this one really does feel as finished as I can make it so it's good to finally consider it done and one less project in the "I need to finish that" box.

I also got my eldest daughter to record the 1...2...3! when she was 4 last year lol

Awesome - So much fun! Great beat and sounds. Love the vocoder and the "Hah" samples. Like electro / house mixed with Kraftwerk.

Thanks man! Huge compliment, I never thought of the Kraftwerk influence but I think you're right! They inspired me in the early days of learning to make beats wink
