Very rushed, very unfinished 8-bit tune inspired by the likes of Battletoads. I didn't get to the surfey Battletoads vibe I was aiming for though.


It works ok smile . Fun listen.

Oh battletoads! So many hours of weeping because that game was so ridiculously hard. Especially the section of that gif with the appearing walls. And the music was groovy!

What did you use to do the beat and the synth lines?

That's okay, it could be a different game altogether. It'd be fun imagining this game.

Haha cheers! Super Audio Cart has become my go to for retro sounds lately, it's a Kontakt library/instrument. I made the entire tune with it, really nice C64 sounds.
