100% uninspired Dubstep "track" made in 7 minutes (started a whole 9 minutes before deadline) after admitting defeat to my ACTUAL WeeklyBeat that was going to be a fun kids song about No-No The Kangaroo (inspired by my 5 year old having a total meltdown over the weekend and throwing shoes and furniture around and jumping up and down around the house) complete with wobble board, so, tune in next week for that!

Made 100% with 4 loops and a vocal phrase from Vengeance, pitched the vocal loop down and threw it all into a default preset master chain. But that is kind of a testament to the whole 3 year old's lego set class of well known "producers" out there? It actually sounds kind of good lol.

On that note, here's an image of Zomboy pressing play (possibly).

Damn, 7mins? This is good. Have a great week.

Welp, headphones were a fantastic idea. I haven't listened to dubstep in forever. This SLAPS!

Haha thanks for the comments! Though I really, REALLY cannot take ANY credit for production here. I literally took 2 drum loops, a synth loop, and a bass loop from a Vengeance pack, and a vocal sample from another pack, pitched down the vocal sample slightly, added some reverb, through it all together in minutes, threw it into a quick master chain, and yeah... Dubstep speaks for itself? Having said that! I want to make a legit dubstep/drumstep tune soon, where I actually, you know, program the beats, make my own melodies and basslines, add some gritty metal guitar, maybe even some vocoded vocals!

YOOOOOOOO LET'S GOOOOOOOOOO

This actually also sounds like a 5yo throwing a tantrum.

It still takes talent to have the ear to put these pieces together, so don't downplay yourself LYNDEN & DREW SELF-ESTEEM MUSIC CLUB

Hey remember when we were going to collaborate and then you had a kid LOL I blame you.  No I'm kidding - Tell me something you want me to send you and I will get it to you by July 13th.  oh and I had to watch that homework where they made the october album, right?  I will also do that.

Yeah!!! We must have a linked awareness (whatever the fancier term is) I was thinking the other day (this week sometime) we never did have that second video call about all our ideas + 2020 has been a write off in a lot of ways for a lot of people lol. Super keen to make our project happen, I just bought new headhpones and studio monitors (I haven't had any monitors for 5+ years due to kids etc, just went smaller Samson ones this time around, will be good for referencing mixes and tracking without the cans on!) Plus the Audio Technica m50x headphones are amazing... I can't believe I used BEATS for a decade (never had an issue, learned to just allow for the extra bass, but man, the m50x have another level of sound... glad to hear most of my music sounds good through them still too lol) I figured I needed some better gear for mixing this documentary OST
