Danish Girlfriends

By Tristan Louth-Robins on January 8, 2014 9:09 pm

This is a piece comprising of two looped keyboard motifs (hard panned) which drift in and out of phase with each other whilst I improvise two synth manipulations (trilling tone and filtered noise) over the top via my Electroharmonix Memory Man.  Rather kosmische.

Equipment: Microkorg synthesiser, Electroharmonix Memory Man.
Tracking and additional tweaking in Live 8.
Mastered in Logic 9.

Serene, suave and succinct!

I find the piece very accurate.
this is exactly what they sound like

Loving the mellow hard-panned loops

Gorgeous piece.  Just like danish girlfriends  smile

Beautiful, love it!

very nice! this one deserves an immediate second listen, IMHO, to really get a sense of the stereo work. respectfully, i would probably have notched around 1k i bit more, esp. in the middle of the track.

Nice.

Thanks all!

This is really good. Hypnotic, wet and cloudy

Warm feelings...
