WB 2 - Fitz Knight (Dirtywave M8)

By Tristan Baldi on January 12, 2024 8:59 am

Hello,
Here's my second track, made with the Dirtywave M8 and a guitar.

Had a ton of fun designing all the little sound FX and play this stupid arpeggio on the guitar.
I won't be able to afford to spend that much time on a track every week, but bey that's a next week problem.

Thanks for listening!

Youtube version (with nice visuals from Micah Buzan):

Nice one Tristan, loving all the blippity diddly bits

Really sweet combo. Such soft and comforting vibes coming from the guitar and the many synth elements on the m8. Those superfast plucks were amazing.

Every single sound in this is a hug. Lovely put together. Don't have much time to follow your streams anymore, but the clip is great as always.

You're so good with the M8! Your track flows so fluidly and smoothly and I have no idea how you're doing that! Great work.

Thank you Avril! Well that's exactly what one of my friend hates in this track hehe

Thank you dr0ptpacket! The guitar is such an interesting instrument to blend with electronic music, be it for comfort or grit!

Thank you jimmac! I don't have much time myself to stream these days... I'm glad you like the track!

Thank you so much! I'm learning a lot from the M8 greats out there. In this track I really tried to be more subtle with the place instruments take. But it took me way too long to do so!

Sounds great and I like the restraint. Everything melds together.

Always great to hear some guitar blended in with the electronica.  A lovely piece.
All these m8 users here.... really makes me want to try one.

I keep returning to that one. easily my fav from week 2 so far. the sounddesign and mixing is superb.

Great call I'll check that and edit the post wink

Unquestionably polished.
Lead at 2 min mark also worth mentioning.

Thank you! I made this lead with the Vowel algorithm of the Macrosynth and some FX commands here and there.

This is so good, all these sounds are excellent and all the sections feel so expertly crafted
Shout-out to the guitar as well
- Ebrit
