made six or seven tunes this week, but ended up writing this intermission this morning just for weeklybeats.
everything else quickly developed past the point where i want to finish them by the end of the week cool

kind of enjoying the newfound amounts of headspace. havent had the ability to fully flush out this many ideas in a while. more projects for the backburner, bigger projects coalescing, and there's no end in sight wink

neat idea for a short diddy big_smile  sounds just right for an intermission

yay for momentum with the music - this piece is lovely! i like the space in it with the timings

cheers yo! thanks for listening.

This is lovely, and it sounds like it would make a fitting intermission among your other January tunes for sure.

Beautiful!

really beautiful, do you play your piano bits via MIDI or is this recorded? really organic sounding for MIDI if it is. gorgeous little interlude.

i program it by hand, but i try to visualize a real performance of it. i separate the left and right hand piano tracks to make it a little easier to program.

i was homeless for a really long time, so this goal hasnt been achievable till a year or so ago, but as things stabilize one of my goals is to get a nice upright.

all the more impressive then, and sending positive vibes your way to acquire that upright! might be worth checking if any colleges or music schools near you have pianos available to the public, sometimes i'll record some piano in the practice rooms at the college in my town. but then again i'm nowhere near as talented at the MIDI/songwriting element!

It sounds very alive and espontaneous, so kudos for that!

I'm really glad you are in that perfect spot where projects just flow like water...

As you can see, I'm catching up with all your tracks today :-)

What program do you use for this piano?  What particular model/virtual instrument is this?  It's amazing!

most of the time i just use Logic's stock yamaha grand sampler piano for t he esx24. it's really nice. sometimes i use kontakt. piano im kinda picky about because it has a huge velocity and note range, but i think my favorite for now is Logic's Yamaha
