Fratello

A family relative unexpectedly passed away yesterday.  I was working on what I thought was this week's track when I found out from my sister.  I wasn't feeling the 'upbeat' mood of the original track so I ditched it for a very short piano noodle.  I honestly didn't feel like working on anything.  I didn't know him as well as I should have but he was always enthusiastic about music and film when we hung out. Just a few months older than me, it just blindsided everyone.  Life is crazy.  Make sure you tell your family you love them.  Back next week, thanks for listening heart

Beautiful. I love the noise. Based on the photo, it feels like a breath, either of life when the person was taking a drag on their cigarette, or calmly taking in breath in their final moments.

I am sorry for your loss. Beautiful piece, and the ending was full of emotion. Thank you.

Sorry for your loss.  This is a nice reflective work that's quite beautiful in its simplicity.

Beautiful track.

Lovely piece. Sorry for your loss. Thank you for the good advice to tell our families we love them. Crazy, life is, indeed.

Sorry to hear that.  Beautiful piano piece. Good to hear bare bones Tone Matrix.

That really sucks, sorry for you loss man.  Quite fitting somber eulogy piece though.  Hope you can revive the other track when you're in the right headspace.

So beautiful. It tells your feeling in the music.

I feel sorry for you and your family and may I say, this track is much greater than a piano noodle.

incredible

Sorry to hear about this loss to your family, beautiful piece of music, always great advice to appreciate the family we have.

Somber beats for a somber time. I hope you can find your peace for when you need it.

wow.  not sure what to say other than i'm really sorry.  this piece is really hitting me hard in the context.

just want you to know that i've been listening to "iridescent" on repeat in my car, and even in bed before going to sleep!

big hugs to you and the family heart

Really sorry for your lost. Life can fade in an instant, that's true.

You did quite an emotive piece. Hope you feel better with each day passing

A big hug from a distant corner of the world, Eric.
