Delusion

Each week that passes I'm finding that the ideas are hiding even more.  If this were a marathon, I would need a bucket of water!!!  *sigh*  Moving forward! smile

Uuuuuuultra-deep bass! Very nice.  Great piano lines, and I like the warm pad for contrast.  Keep at it!  (I find to keep things fresh, I try to look for a different approach, sound, or genre each week.)

I was listening to the first few bars of this thinking about how it reminded me of the soundtrack to the original Marathon, the FPS by Bungie from 1995... then you used the word marathon in the description, had a little woah moment. Reinforced my enjoyment of this track!

I'm not just blowing warm air up ur bottom but... u are one of the best artists up in this biatch....
not only do I reckon ur shit is fresh but I would (and in fact do...) put it on at home when I'm chilling with my girlfriend or just hanging out trying to get shit done....
I love it... its so deep and poetic and yet subtle and not so overstated that I can't have my own thinking and breathing space...
if your feeling like its a marathon you gotta remember that no one signed Jay - Z when he was starting out, they told Walt Disney he didn't have any creative ideas and ... well the list goes on...

but worse than that is our own ego and and self esteem which is constantly drawing comparisons between ourselves and the perception of our heroes...

honestly mate... I really love your work....

and if your working through a struggle I reckon it's worth it... I go through it every week... but... I actually really enjoy your compositions and I think you should be incredibly proud... and I think you will be when you get some distance in a month or two...

honestly... I'd rant on every one of ur tunes but I just put on ur page and let it play out.... not skipping... so... I'm listening to Insignificance now...

anyway... I hope my rant has re hydrated ur sense of awesomeness...

(on another note - I find getting consistent sleeping rhythm, green vegetable intake and EXERCISE instrumental to stopping me from getting too weird....)

+1 on everything u said, mate!

There are so many talented people in this joint... Some of this year's WB are more important to me than a lot of commercial releases, and even sometimes I'm listening to some trendy in-the-know blog and think to myself "Yo! THis guy from Weeklybeats or that tune in week ## could beat this sh*t anytime, anywhere".

I hardly know anything about you, man, and your profile may not be listed on XLR8R or Resident Advisor, but I been playing your track "Yugen" for a loooooong time, and it's there every time I'm feeling lost, man

Keep the excellent work, man! You make a lot of people happier with it smile

thanks guys I really appreciate the kind words, it does help  smile
i agree there are a lot of cool genres being explored thru the WB site.  I'm hoping I'm thru the stagnation phase or whatever it may be.  But yeah I'm my own worst enemy sometimes to the point it keeps me from even working on the music.  This website/project was def aimed at me overcoming that feeling.  Even though I've had the opportunity to make a new track each week, I still haven't found that smooth spot of enjoying it.  Which is my main goal.  To enjoy the process rather than look at it as labor.  I don't expect it will truly ever vanish but keeping active def helps. Thanks again i really appreciate it smile
