The Last of Me

By Tomavatars on February 23, 2024 4:17 pm

Hello all!

Still sucked by the Steamdeck, but I was pretty efficient this week in the bus with my M8. I like the rhythmic choices I made. It was also an occasion for me to try Ableton again (for the mix). Next week and so one, I'll try to work with secret products (3 plugin badass betas) in DAWs.

Enjoy!

This has some great energy! The snares sound really cool, not sure what kind of effect/processing is happening on the tail end but its great. Agreed with your rhythmic choices - the slowly pulsing low synth with the quick, higher plucky sounds is a great combo.

This is pretty cool

Ah thank you so much!
I used the new Shaper Box 3 reverb for the snare. It's not the best sounding reverb (all convolution I think) but with the MSEG, it's super cool to shape the volume and send!
