The Impulse - October Rain

Another stream-of-consciousness sound collage track. This one started after listening to some of The Books, the original sound collage style band / artist I fell in love with many years ago. Tons of sample chopping, pitch-shifting, manipulating, and tweaking. I kinda ran out of time, so it's not as polished as I'd hope. This is a smaller part of a larger composition.
* Ableton bass synths and Wavetable for more synths and bass
* Drum, bass, percussion, pads, sax, trumpet, vocal, texture, etc. samples from Splice
* Ableton Simpler for drum sample chopping
* Valhalla, Transit, Transit 2 plugins (and more)
* Gullfoss and Ozone for mastering
