In Necessary Flames

Unlike other tracks, this one wasn't inspired directly by anything in particular. Instead, I found an old, rough idea for a beat I had started that included the drums, part of the melody and bass line. I spent a few hours taking that idea to completion - fleshing out the arrangement, adding more layers, adding automation and such. Many of the samples are from the Magic Sword sound pack, a great synth band. The main focus of this was the main melody, which gets stacked towards the end with various interleaving synth layers from Massive, adds a bit of an EDM quality. The title comes from another line from my journal.
