Haezer-y #2

Another track heavily inspired by Haezer, in particular, his track titled 'Fantastic'. I really love the emphasis on the synth bass being a melodic component in this track in the 'chorus' and the shear contrast in parts. I followed his arrangement very closely, essentially an intro consisting of a heavily filtered chorus, then a verse that's very crunchy and just rests on the tonic, back to the chorus. I found his vocal chop a little annoying, but I like the idea of vocals, so I added some layered samples of choir singing that. I spent a lot of time just making for a heavy, ridiculous synth bass. There's actually no 'melodic' layer besides the synth bass and vocals, it's just drums / percussion, synth bass (many layers), and the vocal layer. Really fun, I like how hard it hits, I just wish I had more time to polish it!
