I used this week as an opportunity to mess around with 'Bitflip', a free plugin. It's an 8-bit video game, retro sounding plugin. I basically noodled around on a few little ideas and threw them all together in a medley of sorts rather than a cohesive composition. Added some samples from Splice for some percussion and a saxophone and such. Pretty fun! The plugin sounds absolutely amazing and I'll definitely use it for more 'video game' sounding tracks in the future.
