OOF! What a week. Incredibly busy at work, and had to work late most nights. Was just drained every time I got home. The upside was though it gave me the perfect excuse to try out most charcoal chicken shops in the vicinity for dinner. Between work and the cats I didn't have a lot of spare time, but I did manage to catch up with a friend on Monday, and also managed to stop by the pub on the way home last night, and watched King of Comedy for the first time.

Today was spent organising Christmas things and hanging out with my sister. I recorded this weeklybeat while she was over.

The track is 3 nord modular patches running simultaneously (acid bass, drums, synth sweeps), running into individual channels in the octatrack. Not a heap of variation, but the modular was sequencing itself so the options were limited there. This was an enjoyable setup and one that I should explore more in future I think.
