Decided to see what I could come up with using the M8 alongside the Polyend Play now that I've gotten more comfortable. I used the Polyend to sequence drums and also a bunch of samples on the M8 through midi, which effectively gave me 16 tracks to work with. I remember when I first started the Polyend seemed a lot more intuitive to work with, but now I definitely prefer sequencing on the M8! For this one though, I also wanted to practice improvising live and for that, the Polyend perform mode worked a lot better for now (but I have no idea what I'm doing : ) ). I made up the basic loop and a couple sections then just had that play for around 10 minutes while messing around with filters, repeats, different patterns, and pitch. Most of it was quite bad but I salvaged this 3-minute bit for the upload this week

Super mood!! I really liked the sounds and the drums great work! heart
M8 and polyend seems like a nice combo! especially having more tracks is very nice, I'm planning to use ableton move in conjunction with the m8 which would give 12 tracks in total and allows to play and perform more than just the m8, anyway great track!

Very nice sound to this, really like the warbly bell like sounds and the filtering of the drums.

Oh man I feel like *something* is kicking in and I'm transported into the world of a circuit-bent dreamcast or something.  It's a doozy

Oh sick! Yeah I had seen there's a group doing some cool mods with the move to make it work with the M8. I had never thought of performing with this kind of music before but had a lot of fun with this one and seems like it would be good to pursue. Would be cool to hear how that setup works for you!

Ooh! I hadn't thought of that but looked up the old dreamcast tones and man that brought me back. Got caught in a loop listening to a bunch of 90's-00's tones and man so much nostalgia. Thanks for listening!

Delightfully creepy but also cozy? Great combo of things to evoke! Big fan of what you did here smile As other have said, really transports you somewhere interesting.
