Axunge; noun - medicinal lard or grease.
(I think at the point that my doctor needs to use medicinal lard... I might just call it quits!)

So I was stupidly busy this week, so I didn't put in nearly as much effort as I would have liked to, nevermind! It was my birthday, and the fantastic girls at school (I'm a teacher) threw a surprise party, then there was probably too much drinking over the weekend and a huge amount of uni work and.. Well... Anyway, this was basically thrown together, but I think it works!

@Phil I agree, the concept of medicinal lard does make me a little worried. The only thing I can think of is for the old, lean over and cough...
