I've been cooking this patch for the whole week. It started off with getting pretty, shiny new panel for my SMR and the attempt to do something completely with it.
‹ Patch Notes
Fast clock from Wogglebug drives the whole patch.
Starter Sound: A near audio rate LFO is coming from Intellijel's Dixie II, which has FM applied from a slow LFO. The triangle wave out goes into a VCA, opened by an envelope on every tick to make kinda discreet notes. That signal then goes into the ALM Boss Bowtie sequential switch. The sequential switch is getting CV'd by a turing machine pattern, also triggered on every click. 6 of the outs from Boss Bowtie then go to the CV ins on SMR set to a microtonal scale. The rotate parameter is controlled by the same turing machine, and a slower turing machine triggered on bar lines also CVs the scale. the odd and even outs are panned apart for stereo space
Kick: The zigzag output from Dixie goes into the Intelljel uFold, which gets some other CV from around the patch. That folded signal goes to the linear FM input on STO. The kick's envelope is from Maths, whose rise and fall is CV'd by an attenuated stepped random Wogglebug. The envelope hits the 1v/o input on STO, and the sound from there goes into optomix, also CV'd with the same envelope.
Hat/shaker: The noise out from telharmonic gets ring modulated with "grey" noise from Quantum Rainbow. That goes into the DD VCA and gets a fast modulated envelope from Maths as well. The trigger for the envelope comes from a combination of gates from RCD and a rhythm from Hikari Eucrythm passed through Logic Boss. The sound also goes to Echophon, which has pitch controlled from a row on Pressure Points, and the depth parameter influenced by an LFO from Batumi.
Ping: White noise from quantum rainbow goes into the Dave Smith Modular Curtis Filter. Cutoff frequency is controlled by Brain Seed with input from attenuated random from wogglebug. That sound then goes to Optomix and opened by an envelope from Quadra.
Stretched Voice: Sound source is from Radio music, going directly into Clouds on particle madness mode. Clouds and Radio Music both have parameters controlled by Planar, with other sources also going to clouds. Stereo outs into the mix directly.
