I was tinkering around with a friend yesterday and was kind of inspired to create something using a super fast arpeggio. Making the base sequence and sound made me think of a half time groove. All the sequences here are even beat divisions of the clock. The chord progression is also sequenced today, a change triggered by every 32nd pulse. I also incorporated a few new modules here. See more in the notes below.

Kick: 1/16th of the master clock. Simple envelope to both the Linear FM input on STO to modulate a sine wave, and a VCA.
Snare: Same division as above, offset by 8 ticks. Just pink noise into a VCA for this sound.
Hats: Purple noise into a the AniModule DD VCA, simple envelop triggered by every 4th tick. Stepped random from Wogglebug goes into the Mod input here for some variation and glitchy stuff.
Lead Arp: Sequence from Pressure Points clocked via Brains. All three rows go into the ALM Boss Bow Tie sequential switch, which is getting selected by the chord progression from Rene. I intentionally made a 4th sequence variation by programming Rene with an imperfect 4 steps on one stage of the progression. The final note sequence gets slightly slewed through maths, more so on the rising intervals. Sound is from Mangrove into the Doepfer A-124 Wasp Filter. I'm using Intellijel Planar to send a variety of modulation sources to the filter and formant paramenter on Mangrove. It's VCA'd and then goes through echophon for some really dense delay taps.
Bass: Sequence from Rene, which is mostly just a progression. X is triggered by every 4th tick, and Y is triggered every 32nd tick. Each row on Rene is tuned to the same note for the quantized output. Sound source is a mix of Dixie II and Happy Nerding HM VCO, both into Optomix.
Yowl Pad: Chord sequence from Rene, slewed through Maths, into the degree on Telharmonic. The flux and centroid parameters are getting CV from the bass envelope, which makes it duck the bass a bit and also gives a little bit of a formant filter sweep effect. That sound goes through Mutable instruments Clouds. Through most of the track it's not doing much more than acting like a funky delay, but on the outro i pull out the density for the randomly clipped up sound.
