Tied Up In Red Tape - Flute Duet

By theemeraldruby on January 28, 2020 2:58 am

This is a duet I started writing last year, and basically rewrote before this *mostly* finished version. I plan to include this in a sheet music release later this year (I plan to have a book of 5 sad duets) I'll also hopefully record it properly with another flautist when I release the sheet music. (tracking duets as one human one layer at a time really really really sucks.)

Some people write angsty poems. Some people write angsty songs. I write angsty flute duets tongue

Lovely as usual

love the idea and the vibe, also your recordings are always on point!

this is a nice break from all the electronic stuf featured heref. plz keep up the good work.

First time I heard a flute described as "angsty", it's too colorful for that, so I usually go with "solemn"; a colorful way of saying angsty. Well recorded too.

I disagree, it does not suck at all. (not for me listener at least... Sorry for you if it is not as fun to record all alone.)

This is beautiful. I'd love to see the score (nerd like that) if and when you get it out into the world. smile
