This was my attempt at a Robert Hood style minimal techno tune. It was pretty tough to mix so any suggestions on that end would be pretty appreciated.

Cool.  The mixing difficulty...depends on what you were having trouble with.  Super-deep bass can be a problem--you can use up all your headroom without realizing it, because you can't hear it.  I'd put a spectrum analyzer plugin on it, so you could see where the peaks are, even if you can't hear them.

One other thing I'd suggest is maybe using a lower frequency cutoff on your sawtooth pads--there's a lot of high-end stuff in there that might give you comb-filtering, and sawtooths take up a lot of bandwidth.

not to big a fan of those saw leads, doesnt fit the mood created in the beginning. Def cut out some of the sub because at some point those frequencies become inaudible. Work on trying to bring those hats up a couple of levels. you cant cut out the hat frequencies from your lead
