I made this after watching a small little demotapes video about how they put together music. I just liked the textures they were using and started there and then naturally made something more like me. RnB, Soul, and kind of pop-py with more strings. So started with some pads in a key I liked then added piano, kontakt strings and oboe. Sang the intro part as it came to me and stacked vox. Added drums, then added the synths over the top with some stuttering lfos. The verse and chorus came after that I think. I just laid it all out in Logic and freestyled until I got something that felt right. I actually did about 6 versions of this song this week and landed on this hybrid with some serum bass patch i made for the end.

Really happy with the lyrics and the flows on the track Especially the last lines of the chorus and realizing that the person i've become would make little me proud.
