I know I know, just floating around randomly over those two chords for a whole song…but was looking out at all this melting ice, floating around randomly, so it seemed like the thing to do.
Wish I had an extra day to work on the mix though, not my strongest side to begin with, hope I didn't mess it up completely

I'm not a poet or even great with my vocab so I tend to listen with imagery in mind or what it makes me recall as far as past songs or even movies.  So that previous sentence leads me to: the loop made me think of Eternal Sunshine but I like how it developed once the pads came in.  I think the two chords work great with them and gives the track a feel of reflection.  I probably could've just said good track but yea you get what I'm saying smile (i hope)  good job!

man, i love this. very hypnotic, and you picked some great chords to meditate on. definitely one of my favorites i've heard so far from this week. where do you live that you get to gaze upon such an inspirational scene?

Tone Matrix, thanks a lot for the detailed review! More interesting than just hearing "good track", although I would be more than happy for that comment too wink Preciouskindred, thank you so much for the nice words, I currently live in the southwestern part of Copenhagen and am fortunate to have a nice view of the harbor leading into the city smile

Very delicious and serene!

listening to this again while making dinner, loving it even more

cool

There is a subtlety throughout the track, and it emerges with such a pleasant groove with those chords and synths. I think this clearly shows as an attempt to represent the state of being, happiness or serenity, that you were in, and that feeling is conveyed quite precisely. I love this! smile One of the best that I've listened to so far in this week.

Wow.  This was a real treat.  Simple but lush.  Great song to send me off towards school on a crisp winter morning.

Really nice use of space and flow in the mix. The bassline comes in and out at the perfect points. Although its fairly minimal and simple, it challenges some of the more interesting old school hip hop production out there. I like.

Preciouskindred, thrilled that you came back to listen again! RokZRoom, wow, thank you for such a wonderful comment, so rewarding to hear that kind of interpretation of something you've made smile sylcmyk, george, mispel, isaacjohnb thank you for your awesome comments too! Mispel, I'm happy to know that the song helped you get out of the door on a school day wink

this is truly wonderful. Great chords and gentle mix. This track already landed in my daily playlist. Thank you!

I can only really echo what's been said, but this is a fantastic song. It just makes me feel good. Really nice work with the production and textures. Oh, and great photo. Thanks for this.

Listening back at home, at the very end of 2014 (just 5 hours to go here in Spain)...

This will remain in my playlist for a long long time. Really calm and peaceful. Great feelings of ice and warmth.
