Heh, even if you think of it as just an interlude it's very nice as it is, IMO! It could easily sit on a release between other pieces of music, or form an intro perhaps.

This came out great! Modern pastoral music, best enjoyed surrounded be trees. (The pitch-shifting pad is particularly effective throughout, acting both as a transitional element in the beginning that was grounding, then as a unpredictable element over the recorder like tones, really really well done!)
