Week03 - Harmonic Digits

By Stefano D'Alessio on January 19, 2014 2:15 pm

Harmonic Digits is a concise composition that organize digital noises. Samples generated by random systems that would by themselves result as glitches or distended noises are modified so to emphasize their harmonic content. Following the resulting harmonics, samples are later layered and structured in time. The composition itself is a linear interpolation between what is normally perceived as noise and what as harmonic soundscape.
The track has been entirely created in three days (17-19 January 2014).
Raw samples has been created in Jasuto, then modified and composed in Logic.

A large range of tones from digital noise.  Good flow too.
