A little over but i think im settling into a comfortable work flow where i can reasonably expect to get a decent result in a short time.  a slightly different approach this week.  wrote around an 8 bar turn around instead of a 4 and reduced the number of patterns on the palate from 4 scenes to 3. 

45 minutes writing the parts, 25 minutes recording a structure and mixing, 10 minutes recording sidechain and mixing fx, 10 more minutes trying to mix back the original parts to add definition. 90 minutes total work time.
