My challenge to myself this week was to make a song without listening to it until it was ready to record.  I was a little unhappy with the relative instrument volumes, particularly the bass part not popping quite like i had hopped, but it was a fun test of skill.  recording live mode without hearing yourself is kinda difficult as it would seem.  I tried to make up for the instrument imbalance with some ill advised late night post production but im still on the fence on this one mostly because ive only listened to it a couple times XD
