Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Jumping back to a bit of a slower tempo this week. Was set on making a 10 minute song for use with a project so it took a while to nail down the structure. spent about 1 hour 20 minutes building patterns and figuring out what i wanted the composition to be like. 20 minutes organizing the structure and about 35 minutes mixing and fxing. total work time 2 hours 15 minutes.

I ate some chips while listening to this entire piece, and I must say: It went really well with the chips. :-)
Very thoughtful, contemplative sounding. Interesting light handed approach to the percussion with kick out front. That really dictates the mood.
