Almost hit the one hour mark.  Spent 35 minutes writing patterns, 20 minutes putting a structure together, 10 minutes fxing and sidechaining, and 5 minutes to do a final mix.  Total time 1 hour and 10 minutes. 

Kept it pretty simple this week cause ive got a lot of other things on my mind but im happy with what i ended up with.
