Went way over the one hour thing but still tried to stay efficient with my workflow just adding a couple layers of complexity. 

about 100 minutes writing patterns, 20 minutes mixing and fxing, 10 minutes editing the structure and finalizing.  2 hours 10 minutes work time

Excellent delicate melody on this over a good beat!  Great piece of work, and incredibly efficient, too!
