I didnt think about timing much while i was writing this but i continued to use my workflow.  the effort i was spending on tracking my time per section was transferred into actual workflow.  I ended up spending 1 hour and 5 minutes of the track but all the sections of workflow that i usually separate were run concurrently.  I think ive finally gotten to the stage where i can begin to optimize and rethink the whole workflow concept ive been working with.  ready to apply in new directions i suppose.
