Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Took about 3 hours to put this one together. Keeping with the palate from the previous two weeks I tried to come at it with an even lighter touch. Spent about an hour and a half writing patterns, 30 minutes putting the structure together and another hour mixing it up. Could have maybe spent more time on this one but I'm happy with where it came out.

so so clean. perc sounds so full and crisp, especially against that wide-open synth reverb, its a really sweet contrast. love where you've taken this aesthetic so far.
I do not understand the sidechain. Crap.. I must learn something new. Great percussive sound with lots of room space effects.
