Clean Steps (WB40)

By spry on October 6, 2018 7:14 pm

Went a new direction this week.  Cut the drums out and recorded a flute sample to mess around with.  Layered up an ambient soundscape sort of thing.

Took 40 minutes writing patterns and building my loops.  20 minutes putting a structure together and another 10 minutes mixing it together.  total work time 1 hour 10 minutes

If you were putting together an live set of your WB tracks (and you should) I would to see this as the opening song!  Really sets a exciting anticipation, and then you would knock em dead with the beats.

Flute sounds terrific with the deadly synth.
