Erin's Lofi Lullabye

By spOOked on January 18, 2018 9:05 pm

This week i decided to try my hand at some lo-fi Hiphopish production. Again i used nanoloop to create this track but did alot fiddling around in fl to get a highly rendered sound (aka at least 4 eqs at once). I even did some multi tracking with drums. I used some lfos on the instruments to created some pitch altering effects. I like the end result. Im still trying to learn this style but hope to make a few beats like this one. Ive learned some techniques dealing with time stretching and pitch bending from this that i will continue to mess around with. This written and Dedicated to my love, Erin. i have some bits of her singing throughout the song.  Shes love the sound anything that produced in lofi settings wither it be hiphop or rock.  So this makes me think of her undying kindness. smile

I like the dense layers of this, full, underwater vibe.

that bass is awesome as usual and the dreamy synths work really well in this. totally a lullaby

The sounds doooooope. Really really digging this one. Great deep bass, killer vibe. Make more of this!

I am in love with that melody in the middle of the track! Nice vibe in the whole Song...

god damn this is amazing, would love to hear more lo-fi stuff from ya. nailed those stinted, loping hip-hop drum characteristics. song *really* comes into its own around that 2/3 mark though, that section is so wonderful w/ the vocal samples.
