Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I always daydream about making music that combines acoustic and chiptune elements but never actually sit down and do it. This track isn't exactly what I had in mind, but at least explores that desire a little bit. Hopefully I can flesh out this style in the future a little more but until then I'll keep daydreaming.

The chiptune elements in this are really subtle. It's nice to explore new themes occasionally, and hopefully this gave you some new ideas for future daydreams. 
The melodies remind me of "A Short Hike", a really beautiful short game that I bet you'll enjoy.
