SMS Plus Techno (SMS + OPLL)

Built off the last session for a usable template; didn't really start with a specific idea but thanks to ENC_ for the idea to do some lo-fi chip techno.
Other than the noise channel towards the middle, I pretty much didn't use the PSG chip and could have done without it for chip economy, oh well.
A few slight oddities in the track; there's a random 'delay' for a very long 16th and the last half is in 14/4 but I think it works well enough.
