Drunk Monky-ish (OPL)

I've always wanted to write music like the old Beatmania song "Drunk Monky" by DJ Oddball aka Hiroshi Watanabe. It's a really cool short little minimal piece of techno.
I started off by reverse engineering the track and then started leaning into the original song's ethos by progressively disturbing the listener's sense of where they are in relation to the beat. Had a lot of fun with it.
Put it together in about 2 hours using some old OPL patches from previous projects, also because I completed another time-bound song challenge this week so 2 songs in a week was a tall order. Hope you enjoy it!
