In a complete reversal from last week, this track was produced entirely in the box. I've had this project kicking around my hard drive for ages, and I was too busy to write a whole new song so I just dusted this one off with a final mix and master (the exact steps I didn't do last week). I realize that somewhat goes against the spirit of weekly beats, but I'm using this as motivation to finish my WIPs just as I'm trying to write new tracks. I'd rather "cheat" a bit and finish something than produce absolutely nothing.

Loving the main hook in this, great job on the melody

Maaan, this slaps. The drop at the beginning (around 40s) feels great and the koto melody that kicks in fits perfectly. Great job all around. And 100%, "cheat" away if it means we get to hear more stuff like this!!!

Love the sliding melody that comes in around :45! Nice transition/chords around 1:15. And that low growly bass after the transition 👌

wow this is sick. congrats. favorited
