Krull One

This track is taken from a 10 second melodic loop that I wrote about a year ago for a video game soundtrack, and developed into a full piece over the last 3 days

Written in Renoise and Mastered in Reaper

A slightly less exotic harmonic structure this time around, it's very-very close to being just-intonation with a few spicier ratios thrown in

15/4
9/8
6/5
5/4
9/7
10/7
3/2
45/28
12/7
9/5
15/8
2/1

I'm in the middle of a house move and had literally no time to write/record something, I still tried to make it sound as 'complete' as possible

Maybe if you're going to revisit this some day, you can give each signature something more distinct, a particular instrument for instance.

The percussion is intense, Just great patterns

thanks for the comment

I'm not sure if maybe my description was a bit misleading, but these are harmonic ratios (for the note selection) as opposed to beat time signatures

but since you mention it, the 'game soundtrack' that this track was intended for, had 4 races, and I built a seperate lot of "instruments" for each race, each with their own harmonic structure (with the human race being still in 12EDO standard tuning, and the other 3 alien races being weird microtonal scales)
