Beat is a variation of Guaguancó; look up Michael de Miranda on youtube, learned from his video.
Chords are Fmadd9 and CmM7 alternating. Melancholic feel. In my opinion it sounds suitable for restating a theme in minor after it was previously in major, but haven't tested this yet. Sounds a bit heavy handed to start off
