Cat's-eye Necklace

By Sir Bunting on May 13, 2012 7:13 pm

I thought I'd tell a little story with this, although I'm not really happy with how it turned out.

The story begins with a lone traveler who finds a necklace in the dirt during his journey. The jewel shines intelligently into his eyes as he holds it up to the sun's rays. With it around his neck, he continues.

However, as he goes further along, a continuous stream of bad luck hinders him to the point of exhaustion. One night as he rests, frightening nightmares cause him to wake. With black rings under his eyes, he runs out of his campsite into the dead night. He grips the necklace angrily in his palm, then throws it off of a cliff. Moonlight dances along the jewel as it plummets down in dramatic slow motion. The cat's-eye necklace waits in the dust for another traveler to happen across it so that it can perform its mischief.

Haha, the story is awesome, and the music more so! Really fits well

Good story and it seemed to unfold right with the music!
