I started recording... From the moment I powered up the system the Plague Bearer was writhing and moaning, slowly at first then faster and more unstable. I desperately tried to stop the whole system from imploding by adjusting some of the more critical controls and pulling and replacing jacks. After a dangerous rise in heat and frequency I finally managed to find a slow, pulsing, precarious equilibrium...so it looks like I'm going to make it to week 19 after all...

Floating down the rivers in Aguirre, the Wrath of God and Apocalypse Now.  It's quiet and peaceful, and yet intensely ominous, with some kind of haunting melody from somewhere (maybe a bird, maybe a flute...played by someone hidden on the riverbanks...before he shoots us with arrows).
