Thank you to my friend Noah who agreed to do vocals on this song! He wrote the lyrics and did vocals. I did the rest smile
This was super fun and I hope I get to do more like this in the future!!!

Interesting stuff. Strong 90ies vibe, certainly reminds me of something I've heard back then, but I can't pin it down yet. I also wouldn't skip the theme song smile

love the quirky and funny lyrics! relatable! actually made me think of Zappa because of the humor! nice bossa guitar as well

Funny with an anxious undercurrent. Agree with horatiuromantic, guitar is great! Very clean playing, and I love the rhythmic shifts between the bossa A section, the layed-out B section, and the rocky chorus. Bass is tight. Really like the cross-sticking in the drums, which slots right in to all three modes. And respect for Noah, who's about to dance around all the syncopation and the actual source of anxiety with style and a ton of funny lines ("Skipped leg day, now I'm up in arms!").

Thank you! Honestly I'm hearing some Barenaked Ladies when I return to this song... maybe?

I appreciate that! I forwarded these comments to Noah and he really appreciated the comparison!

Yessss I'm glad you liked the swing/straight switches! I sent him the song and by the end of the day, the vocals is what he sent back! I was really, really happy with what he did! Thank you so much for the thoughtful compliments; definitely makes me feel very happy!
