Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Not much time this week. Spend most of the week preparing for the Hacken Open Air, a small cozy hacker camp in Gifhorn, Germany. I hope I'll have the time to produce something more polished there for next week.

It is! It's not nearly as good as Öh, aber, Sicherheit, but that's okay for the amount of time I invested. It's surprisingly hard to extract single words from the original sample because de Maizière seems to pronounce the H at the beginning of "Hacker" and "Hacken" very softly. Even "Öh, aber, Sicherheit" struggles with that and it sounds more like "Acker" and "Acken" even there.
