WEEK 36 - SONG 36 - Three Five Six Seven (feat. Niall Kelly)

Niall Kelly and I are good friends and we have played in various projects together over the last few years. This track has similarities to the current band we play in together (Hexxed), by exploring multi-layered polyrhythms and arpeggios. Niall wrote most of the piano parts and I added guitars, vocals and drums later, also finalising the arrangement. It has 3 movements, although the 3rd is a call back to the first, used as an ending. Made with Ableton Live 8.

this is really great. i like it when polyrhythms feel natural and not forced. the vocals add alot to it too. the 2nd movement is cool as well. guitar really shines there and love how the drums are introduced and taken out. it's interesting. i'd like to try something similar but dunno if I'd be able to manage it
