I received an Roland SPD-SX for Christmas last year. It was so intimidating, I really only started messing with it recently. Its such a powerful machine for drummers. It really expands your capabilities beyond what you could ever imagine. So, I cant take credit for the dub loops. They are presets on the SPD-SX. However, the entire idea is I'm triggering the changes live as you hear the song play/as I play along on my kit. This took a few takes but I'm happy with it. The fact that I could play this out live, by myself, is pretty incredible. One man drummer band. Super freaking cool. This might be what sparks my mojo back into WBs. I'll be listening and commenting this week guys! Sorry for my absence lately.
