I wanted another week to work on the track I'd been writing, so whipped up a lil jam real quick.

Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

I hope that I can "whip up" a jam like this with a few years practice. Sounds like there's a new little something or other occurring every measure, very detailed. I also dig the little chromatic licks in the melody.
go on and whip it up why don't you! i could see this playing on repeat as i try and fail to solve the maze puzzle on this wicked sidescroller level.
Those drum fills at the end are sick. Could see the tempo picking up with that bass line continuing for sure!
That's a slick melody, though the bass is laid on maybe a little too thick over it.
