Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Copping out this week by uploading this recording of my workmate bouncing a skip full of scrap aluminium on the forklift. The idea is to get the scrap to settle to the bottom and thus fit more in. Bit of a weird clipping effect when it gets loud, I just recorded it on my phone so it's not great.

Thanks user midimachine! I was originally thinking of sampling this to make an enormous kick or something. But I haven't been heaps motivated to do music things so just uploaded the recording. I might still extract a sample and use it later on!
