Laid back and atmospheric provides the right balance of tension and simplicity.  Like the haunting backing sounds under the guitar.

I like the overall atmosphere of this piece.  My main criticism would be the lack of direction but apart from that....  More development?  Send it to me if you want me to do some tweaking?
